moving the Monday Mantra into a little different direction today again. I also want to set a focus for the week:

especially after a holiday - traveling, off schedule days, late nights, unusual food... - finding back to that harmony inside can be tough, but helped :-)
my suggestion is to go back to the simple. no matter, your food, your routine, your practice - keep it simple. go back to what you know. and do it "quietly".
- give yourself time to eat your food in peace and quiet. taste it and enjoy.
- take the time to write (at least in your head) a guideline for the day - this will help you find the time and space for the mentioned meal in peace and quiet or a yoga practice...
- practice without music and go back to a simple sequence, so you can fully focus your mind on your breath and yes, harmony :-)
