lunch-time

just because I am trying to get my meal-times sorted and I remembered how quick and delicious a proper healthy homemade lunch can be - let me share a few recent examples:

Chapati bread, Beetroot-Hummus and Avocado

Rocket with Pine-nuts, homemade bread with Dill-butter

Carrot-Beetroot salad with Pumpkin seeds, Chapati bread, Coriander and Yoghurt

and  well, not exactly lunch, but what I am having for breakfast at the moment. I am happy to share my latest muesli mix with you:


in a frying pan heat coconut oil and add:
pumpkin seeds
dried plums
walnuts
coconut flakes
oats
chia seed/flax seed
carob powder
roast just a little  - enjoy with fruit, yoghurt, any kind of milk or whatever else you feel like!
