Some days I get lost in what’s wrong.
that's how Michelle's gratitude note today started. and she hit it, as so often, in a feeling I know so well. emotions rising, we simply see all the negativ or simply not so good. and once with that feeling, things seem to happen that just make it more wrong, wrong, wrong...
You have taught me that, in shifting my energies and attention, I can relieve some of the existing heaviness.
so true... yes, the shift can happen. and the power to change is within each one of us and just due to our willingness of doing so.
today...grateful to learn using my powers and especially grateful for the little things. the little ones, in the end, making my big world.
