it's about time for another one of my favourite mantras. it was the first I remembered by heart, as it is chanted at the end of every Sivananda class.

I also want to add a quote by Osho on the meaning of this Mantra:
"Nothing is insignificant, nothing is smaller than anything else. The part represents the whole just as the seed contains the whole."
so beautiful and something that cannot be said and remembered enough.
