inspiration time

welcome 2015

a long holiday just came to an end. and it's hard. it has been quiet days and busy days, beautiful nature, wonderful friends - a good mix of everything.

now, here I am. trying to get my head round this new year, the next steps in our Geneva adventure. spinning, thinking of all the things that were just left over the holidays.

but suddenly, today's rough morning (the bitter taste of screaming kids) slows me down and makes me aware again - it's all in that one breath you take in between.

yes, life comes with tasks that can't wait. we have to get on with it. but there is always this little moment in between. the time for a conscious breath, closed eyes and one beautiful moment in our mind.
